  This service level agreement enables use of the system on a Project by Project basis as needed.  This level of service utilizes our URL but provides a private label look and feel upon entering the site for all your projects.
• Full Service: We can set up and provide full project management and support services for you on any given type of project.  This level of service comes with full project set up, maintenance and support utilizing our email system and call center communications to manage your online project needs.
• Self Service: You can set up and manage projects yourself and just contact us when you need second line support.
• Fees set on a project by project basis determined by the project set up requirements, and the number of months the project will be live. 
• Volume Level Service Agreement: 
  This service level agreement is designed to meet the needs of customers who do many large scale projects that last over a period of many months and or do a large volume of work with simultaneous projects going on throughout a calendar year. This service level enables our clients to have their own URL and is a full private label offering.
• Full Service: We can set up and provide full project management and support services for you on any given type of project.  This level of service comes with full project set up, maintenance and support utilizing our email system and call center communications to manage your online project needs.
• Self Service: You can set up and manage projects yourself and just contact us when you need second line support.
• This is a flat fixed fee service level agreement so our customer's can know what to budget in each given year for our services.  Annual fixed price set based on site set up and maintenance requirements, service level selection, and estimated data storage needs.  Will include unlimited users, and unlimited project initiation during the contract period of 12 months.

Enterprise Solutions:

• Enterprise Level Service Agreement:
  This level of service agreement enables our customers to download and host our technology onto their server(s).
• This service level specifically enables our customers to customize and build out their own offering of our solution while providing all the hardware, IT and support staff internally.
• Fee based on number of number of registered license users, customization, maintenance and support needs.

Reseller Solutions:

• Reseller Level Service Agreements:
  This service level agreement is designed to meet the needs of our strategic partners, who use our technology and services infrastructure and platform to build this business and or add a new revenue generating model to their existing business offering.
• This service level offers both an "exclusive" right (based on a certain geographical territory set), or "non-exclusive" right (non-exclusive agreements have restrictions about entering into market territory where an exclusive agreement is in place).
• Full Service: We can set up and provide full project management and support services for you on any given type of project.  This level of service comes with full project set up, maintenance and support utilizing our email system and call center communications to manage your online project needs.
• Self Service: You can set up and manage projects yourself and just contact us when you need second line support.
• Fee for resellers is based on a initial site set up, customization and integration needs, if any, and includes a revenue share licensing agreement ranging from 20% to 50% of the retail sales price based on the service and support levels selected under this program.
